Jeff Avery, President of Avery Homes, has twenty eight years of experience in the home building business. He and his wife Kerry have worked together in the homebuilding business for over ten years, and today Avery Homes is truly a family run business.

Upon graduating from the University of North Texas in May 2007, Brian Avery agreed to join his parents with the family business. To that end, in June 2007, the company of Avery Homes was formed and has begun to pursue opportunities to build new homes throughout the metroplex. Initial projects included the building of new homes in Colleyville and in the Grapevine Historic District, building historic homes and period style homes. Avery Homes is committed to providing high quality, affordable custom homes to our homebuyers while maintaining the highest level of integrity in our relationships with buyers, contractors, and suppliers.
